Q: I placed items in my cart. What will my final total be?A: For non-California residents, what you see is what you get. We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more. To calculate your shipping cost for orders less than $100 just enter your zip code into the "Calculate Shipping" box and hit "Go!" For California residents sales tax will be applied.Q: At what point in the checkout process is my order final and my credit card charged?A: At the end of the third step, "Confirmation". Of course, you may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped by notifying us immediately by email or phone. Please note that once your order has shipped it can't be cancelled. Q: Your return policy says it is No Hassle". What does this mean?A: "No Hassle" means that you have 30 days to return the item to us in the original condition, no questions asked! For longer lasting garments however, we recommend they be washed in cold water and then hung or laid flat to dry. Some garments have special care instructions.
